01 Data we collect

We collect data you provide directly, data automatically generated when you use our websites and products, and limited data from third parties acting on our behalf.

• Contact data — name, email and message content you send through contact forms or support channels.
• Usage and device data — pages visited, referral sources, approximate IP-based location, browser and device information, and analytics collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Wallet data — public blockchain addresses you choose to connect. XEU LABS products are non-custodial: we never request, collect or store private keys, seed phrases or recovery data.

02 How we use data

We process personal data to operate, maintain and improve websites and products; respond to requests and provide support; send service notices; measure and analyze product usage; comply with legal, regulatory and AML obligations; and detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents. We do not use data for automated decisions with legal effects without a lawful basis.

03 Legal bases

Depending on the context, we rely on your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the services, and compliance with legal obligations. Where GDPR applies, these are our legal bases for processing; under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, we process data with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

04 Data sharing and cross-border transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics and communication tools bound by confidentiality obligations; regulators, courts or authorities where required by law; and a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganization. When transferring data outside your jurisdiction, we apply appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.

05 Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent and request a portable copy of data you provided. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
